1. Introduction

Welcome to The Playing Field LLC, doing business as CoachGrid (“CoachGrid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, applications, and services, including our white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM product, website design services, digital courses, coaching, virtual community, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” – the individual or business accessing or using our Services.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” – The Playing Field LLC DBA CoachGrid.

  • “Services” – our GoHighLevel-powered software platform, app, coaching, courses, website design, automation tools, SMS communications, and related offerings.

  • “Sites” – coachgrid.com and its subdomains, including link.coachgrid.com, cart.coachgrid.com, create.coachgrid.com, form.coachgrid.com, and hello.coachgrid.com.

3. Services

Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • White-labeled GoHighLevel CRM platform and automation tools.

  • App-based business and story development tools.

  • Website design and branding.

  • One-on-one or group coaching.

  • Digital courses and programs.

  • Access to a virtual community for learning and networking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require creating an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, business name, and payment details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors such as Stripe.

  • Some Services require upfront payment; others may offer payment plans or subscriptions.

  • Prices and payment terms are provided at the time of purchase.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.

  • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are not provided.

  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the current term; no partial refunds are issued.

7. Coaching and Breathwork Disclaimers

Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services are intended for educational and personal growth purposes only. We make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and follow-through. Coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Breathwork Disclaimer

By participating in any Somatic Breathwork session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Voluntary Participation: You voluntarily choose to engage in guided breathwork and body-awareness practices.

  • Medical Consultation: If you have any health or psychological conditions, consult your licensed healthcare provider before participation.

  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being and agree to stop immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse effects.

  • Privacy: Sessions may be conducted virtually, and participant privacy is respected.

  • Waiver of Liability: You release and hold harmless CoachGrid, its facilitators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

Contraindications

You should not participate in specific breathwork sessions without medical clearance if you have:
Severe cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues (e.g., COPD, asthma), severe mental health disorders, are taking SSRIs, are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a history of seizures or epilepsy.

8. AI and Technology Disclaimer

CoachGrid integrates AI and machine learning systems (including OpenAI API and Anthropic API) to enhance certain features within our app and platform.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or reflect algorithmic bias. These outputs are provided “as is” for informational or creative purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

  • CoachGrid is not liable for any reliance on, or decisions made based on, AI outputs.

  • Data processed through AI APIs is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. User Conduct and Termination

You agree to use our Services responsibly. You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Post or share confidential or defamatory material.

  • Engage in spamming, hacking, or illegal activity.

  • Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software or materials.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment, with or without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, software, and branding provided through CoachGrid remain the exclusive property of The Playing Field LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal or business purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content or code without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CoachGrid (The Playing Field LLC), its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.

  • You assume all responsibility for your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoachGrid, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information.

  • Results obtained through coaching or AI features.

  • Uptime, reliability, or availability of the platform.

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

14. SMS Messaging Program

The Playing Field SMS Communication

By opting into The Playing Field SMS Communication program, you agree to receive text messages including event reminders, follow-up/check-in messages, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply.

Unsubscribe: Text “STOP” to any message to cancel. You will receive confirmation of your unsubscribe.
Help: Text “HELP” for assistance or contact support@theplayingfield.io.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of any changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
